That is Nikki Sharp, author of The 5-Day Real Food Detox, world renowned model and health and fitness expert. Today on the balanced voice we sit down with her to discuss her journey to health and wellness and why she thinks mental health struggles such as body dysmorphic disorder are on the rise.
